Mobile Crisis Team
If you’re struggling, a mobile crisis team can come to you. They’ll listen and understand the situation, and they will help make things calmer.
The team is made up of one or two helpful, caring counselors. They are ready to meet you at your home, school or somewhere you feel safe.
Call and get help 24/7.
It's always free, even if you don't have health insurance. (There may be costs for recommended treatment.)
If you don't speak English, you can ask for an interpreter.
Community Crisis Center
Community crisis centers are safe places where you can get help without going to the emergency room. They offer immediate help with mental health disorders and treatment for alcohol or drugs. Most are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You don’t need an appointment.
